About Us

The Division Legal Support Services is responsible for the overall coordination of all legal matters in the Ministry of Health and Social Services which includes legislation, agreements, memorandum of understanding, cases against the state emanating from (Motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, labour and industrial relations matters). It further provides technical legal guidance and support to the Directorates and Divisions within the Ministry and acts as the primary liaison Office between the Ministry and external institutions and Offices on all legal matters. The Division strives to be a reliable and trusted anchor for the coordination of all legal matters within the Ministry.
